the same issues are still being faced. Works fine on an old Intel 7th Gen Core i7 based PC running
Windows 10 so clearly not a hardware issue.

killed the option of Sky Q for new customers.
I'd still advise customers wishing to sign up to Sky Q to call to
order it until such time as there's something official out there.

I have exactly the same issues as the original poster. Clearly
a Lenovo issue with the Slim 3. We can get the video playing but the the
app will not let you go to full screen properly.
